Japan Life with Seibu (Seibu Railway × GTN)
Role: Assistant Content Director
Overview:
Led content and campaign coordination for a multilingual digital platform supporting foreign residents navigating life in Japan.
Key Outcomes:

Launched the Japan Life with Seibu relocation campaign, which contributed to 1,580 new foreign residents relocating to Seibu Line areas.

Managed implementation of a relocation incentive program totaling ¥4.74 million, promoting settlement and local engagement.

Produced culturally sensitive content that helped reduce common negative perceptions and improved intercultural understanding.

GTN Mobile Webpage Redesign
Role: Digital Creative & UX Contributor
Overview:
Oversaw visual and UX updates for GTN Mobile’s web platform, aimed at increasing engagement and usability among non-Japanese residents.
Key Outcomes:

Reduced bounce rate through a redesigned interface, resulting in longer session durations and improved user flow.

Share House Campaigns (DK House & Be Good Japan)
Role: Content Strategist & Media Producer
Overview:
Developed visual and written content to promote foreigner-friendly share houses in Tokyo and surrounding areas.
Key Outcomes:

Produced COVID-sensitive reassurance videos and safety-focused articles, supporting occupancy retention during periods of uncertainty.

Created marketing assets that highlighted cleanliness, community culture, and ease of living contributing to increased booking rates during off-peak periods.

Zambia x Japan Bridge Project
Role: Project Director & Event Organizer
Overview:
Initiated and led a multi-year grassroots campaign to strengthen Zambian–Japanese cultural and medical collaboration.
Key Outcomes:

Organized Japan’s first Zambian food event (Fuchu Continental Hotel, 2016), featured in The Japan Times, drawing significant media attention.

Partnered with Akita University medical students to raise ¥1,171,288 through food and artisan craft sales, funding healthcare initiatives in Zambia.

Led fundraising to construct a rural clinic in Makeni village, improving access to healthcare for 9,500 residents, particularly expectant mothers.

Hosted former Ambassador of Zambia to Japan, Her Excellency Mrs. Ndiyoi M. Mutiti, enhancing diplomatic relations through cultural exchange.
