Japan Life with Seibu

​Achievements 

​

1. Strategic Campaign Execution:

The "Japan Life with Seibu" campaign, effectively increased local and foreign engagement. The campaign resulted in substantial outreach, fostering understanding and reducing negative perceptions through storytelling and cultural exposure.

 

2. Effective Incentive Implementation:

The campaign successfully attracted 1,580 new foreign residents to the Seibu Line area. This initiative was part of a strategic effort to boost the local population and enhance community vibrancy, with incentives totaling ¥4,740,000 distributed to promote relocation and settlement along the Seibu Line.

GTN Mobile webpage

1. User Interface Optimization:

Successfully redesigned the GTN Mobile webpage, leading to a significant reduction in bounce rate, enhancing user retention and interaction with the platform.

Share House Projects 

​Achievements 
 

1. Emphasizing Safety and Trust:

Created detailed content showcasing the cleaning practices and safety steps taken by property managers during the COVID-19 pandemic. This helped reassure potential residents about their safety, encouraging them to choose our share houses.

 

2. Creating Engaging Content:

Developed videos and articles for DK House Share House & Be Good Japan that highlighted the clean and community-focused environment of our share houses. This content was crucial in attracting more residents by showing them that the properties were safe and well-maintained, especially important during the pandemic.

Zambia x Japan Bridge Project

​Achievements 
 

1. Pioneering Cultural Events:

Organized Japan's first Zambian food event at the Hotel Continental Fuchu in 2016, which not only captured media attention from the Japan-Times but also laid the foundation for subsequent cultural exchange events like the Zambian Style Okonomiyaki event at Sakura Tei in Harajuku.

 

2. Significant Fundraising Efforts:

​Collaborated with Japanese medical students from Akita University as part of the Zambia Bridge Project, raising ¥1,171,288 through food and handicraft sales. These funds were instrumental in supporting vital community projects abroad.

 

3. Community Health Impact:

Directed fundraising efforts towards building a clinic in Makeni village, Zambia. This initiative has drastically improved healthcare access for the community, particularly benefiting 9,500 villagers including expectant mothers, who now have reduced travel times to receive professional medical care.

4. Strengthening International Relations:

Successfully hosted Her Excellency Mrs. Ndiyoi M. Mutiti, the former Ambassador of Zambia to Japan, at the Zambian food event, significantly bolstering diplomatic and community ties between Zambia and Japan.
